Over six years in the commercial insulation industry, Rick has been part of some remarkable projects: 200 Park in San Jose, Roblox Station 1 in San Mateo, Microsoft SVC in Mountain View, and the CalSTRS building in Sacramento. Rick says, “It’s been a rewarding journey contributing to these buildings, each bringing unique challenges and opportunities to make a lasting impact.” He is continuing his journey of delivering remarkable projects at BAF.

Victor Velazquez

Victor is an essential member of the BAF team, bringing decades of project experience and management support. He is the essential bridge between the office and field, and provides critical management oversight to field operations and safety compliance. He works closing with Client and Project representatives to coordinate schedules and keep projects moving forward as planned.

Evelyn Nijem

Project Managing

As an office manager with 28 years of managing all administrative operations, Evelyn has grown her skill set and gained considerable experience in the construction industry. She has solid experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project managing, and all facets of accounting. A big part of loving her job is getting along with her coworkers: “It’s been a pleasure working with this team for the past 13 years.”

Tyler Crouse

Spray Applied Foreman

Years in the Industry: 16
Years with BAF: 14

Tyler began his career as an insulator and firestop applicator before moving on to become a lead spray insulation applicator, including K-13/Monoglass and a variety of open- and closed-cell spray foams. Tyler is currently Foreman for K-13 and Spray Foam applications.
